We are highly successful real estate developers, contractors, legal professionals, investors, and entrepreneurs with decades of experience in real estate, real estate finance, construction, foreclosures, commerical litigation, bankruptcy, real estate litigation, and quiet title actions. We are not Realtors, Mortgage Brokers, Bankers, Foreclosure Rescue Consultants, Mortage Modification Providers, or Debt Settlement Agents. We are private long-term real estate investors who care about the communities we live in.
The mission of Upside Property Investment is to protect and grow the wealth of our members by creating a new class portfolio of “Zombie Properties” with significant upside income-producing potential. To meet our goals, we developed a proprietary process and Homeowner/Neighborhood Stabilization Program to help stabilize our communities, homeowners, and property values. We partner with distressed homeowners who don't want the hassles of dealing with foreclosure or the problems and liabilities associated with owning a vacated decaying property.
We specialize in abandoned high-end foreclosure/bankruptcy zombie properties, transforming them into high quality rental homes. By rescuing zombie properties that would otherwise sit in limbo for years, we help to restore communities, home valuations, and homeowner dignity.
Our founding partners and management team is led by an experienced and highly successful real estate developer, legal professionals, former corporate executives, and entrepreneurs with decades of experience. Our partnership also includes the former CFO of Cigna Health, a $2.5 billion public company, and a very successful real estate investor/entrepreneur who built a large portfolio of low-end residential properties.
